The safe storage of your personal information is taken very seriously by us.  At Speyside Trailer Techs Ltd we will only store your personal data for as long as necessary.  

We would like to retain your data for future needs by recording your information on our computer system and filing paperwork as needed.  This information for customers is stored so that we can continue to invoice, quote and process orders and account queries efficiently.  For suppliers, the need to be able to keep in contact for enquiries, orders or information purposes and any banking details we need to make payments.  We will only keep a minimum amount of information required.  We do not store bank or card details of our customers once a balance has been paid by these methods.  Any payments made by customers over the phone are securely taken.   

Once your personal data is no longer needed we then securely destroy it by shredding the documents.  

We will not share any information with any third party outside of our organisation, other than at your request. Except if required to do so by Law.

Your data will be treated confidentially throughout your business relationship with Speyside Trailer Techs Ltd Ten and will be retained for 7 years following the conclusion of the business relationship, to ensure we have access to any account information that could be required legally.
